This Atlantic scombrops (Scombrops oculatus) was caught at 400 meters deep off the coast of Cancun.
This deep dwelling predator fish can be found between 250 and 600 meters along the straits of Florida, (USA ) and the western Bahamas as well as the tropical western Atlantic Ocean .
